  PROCEDIMIENTO
  
• Sujeto legitimado para presentar la solicitud: el extranjero deberá presentar la petición personalmente.
• Lugar de presentación:
  
  • Si es residente en España: en la Oficina de Extranjería de la provincia donde se encuentre el centro de trabajo o bien comience la actividad. La información de la dirección, teléfonos y horarios de atención al público se puede preguntar en
  • Si no es residente en España: en la misión diplomática u oficina consular de España de su demarcación de vivienda.
• Las tasas de residencia y de trabajo: se devengarán en el instante de admisión a trámite de la petición, y deberán abonarse en el plazo de diez días hábiles, son:
  
  • Si no es residente en España:Modelo 790 Código cincuenta y dos, apartado veintiuno «autorización inicial de residencia temporal», a abonar por el extranjero.
  • Si es residente en España y pide la exceptuación en el instante de la renovación de la autorización de residencia:Modelo 790 Código cincuenta y dos, apartado veintidos «renovación de autorización de vivienda temporal», abonar por el extranjero.
• Plazo de resolución de la solicitud: 3 meses contados a partir del día después a la data en que haya tenido entrada en el registro del órgano competente para gestionarlas. Trascurrido dicho plazo sin que la Administración haya practicado la notificación, se va a poder entender que la petición ha sido desechada por silencio administrativo.
• En caso de tramitación por la misión diplomática, una vez concedido el visado de vivienda con la salvedad a la autorización de trabajo, habrá de ser recogido por el demandante en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación. Una vez recogido el visado, el extranjero va a deber entrar en territorio español en el plazo de vigencia del visado, que no va a ser superior a tres meses.
• Si la autorizacióntiene una vigencia superior a seis meses, en el plazo de un mes desde la entrada en España, cita previa de extranjeros o bien desde la notificación de la concesión de la exceptuación (en el supuesto de ser residente), el extranjero deberá solicitar personalmente la Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero, en la Oficina de Extranjería o bien Comisaría de Policía de la provincia donde se haya tramitado la autorización. • El demandante exhibirá en el momento del trámite de huella su pasaporte o título de viaje o cédula de inscripción para acreditar su identidad y aportará:

  • Justificante del abono de la tasa de la tarjeta.
  • Tres fotografías recientes en color, en fondo blanco, tamaño carné.
  La tasa por la expedición de la tarjeta .
• La vigencia del reconocimiento de la salvedad se amolda a la duración de la actividad o bien programa con ellímite máximo de un año en el reconocimiento inicial, de 2 en la primera prórroga y otros 2 en la próxima prórroga si sobreviven las circunstancias que motivaron la excepción.

• Copia completa del pasaporte, título de viaje o cédula de inscripción con vigencia mínima de 4 meses.
